Hello friends and family,

Welcome to our wee web log!  Pantry Narrative is a collaboration of recipes that are simple, whole, and good to your both your body and your taste buds.

Pantry Narrative aims to help people with their 'everyday' meals.  We try not to add too many ingredients that are hard to source or hard on your wallet.  These recipes are for your Monday-to-Friday, I-work-all-day-and-I-want-something-easy, I've-run-out-of-ideas, should-I-just-pick-up-takeaways? kind of people.  Hopefully some of you out there find it helpful!

Feel free to experiment with any recipe you want.  We are just trying to bring some ideas to your table.

Camilla has a Masters in nutrition, and works in public health. After spending some time in France she developed a keen passion for cooking and decided to learn how at chef school upon returning to New Zealand. She loves to create dishes that are as unrefined as possible, in part, because it is more fun to diy.  It should be noted that she has not yet mastered the art of cooking rice.

Danielle is a chef by trade, who absolutely adores food, and is currently studying to become a Health Coach at the Holistic Performance Nutrition School, under the supervision of Cliff Harvey. Her philosophy on food is whole, unprocessed, and natural, with a special interest in high-fat / low-carb.
